What You'll Do
- Perform general apartment maintenance and repairs
- Assist with apartment renovations and movein preparations
- Handle basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repairs
- Maintain building systems like HVAC, water heaters, and appliances
- Complete work orders and preventative maintenance tasks
- Participate in oncall emergency maintenance rotation
- Travel between properties
- Maintenance experience in residential properties (multifamily a plus)
- Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and repair work
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and maintain great customer service with residents
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and use hand tools
