DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Including, but not limited to the following:
- Prepare ingredients and cook dishes as directed by chefs.
- Project a positive and professional attitude with both coworkers and members.
- Minimize waste to ensure cost control.
- Prepare all dishes in a timely manner by maintaining a properly stocked and clean workspace and meeting all prep time demands.
- Maintain a clean workspace, including equipment, tables and shelves.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by chef.
Minimum Qualifications
- Understanding of cooking methods, procedures and knife skills.
- Ability to execute with accuracy, speed and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and follow cooking directions.
- Must be highly organized and self-motivated.
- Must have proven cooking experience, including experience as a cook, chef or prep cook.
