Summary/Objective
The Supervisor of Revenue Cycle – BCN is responsible for overseeing daily revenue cycle operations to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial performance across the cancer network. This role provides leadership and operational support to administrative teams, including scheduling, authorization, intake, check-in, and procedure coordination, to optimize patient access and revenue integrity. The Manager collaborates closely with Baptist Physician Network (BPN), medical records, and clinical teams to ensure accurate charge capture, proper authorization, physician documentation, and medical necessity compliance.

- Manage employee scheduling, arrange for substitute coverage, and filling in for employees if needed and assist in overseeing all administrative employees. Collaborate with authorization, check-in, new patient intake, and procedure coordinator teams to ensure patient needs are met.
Perform timekeeping and approve Paid Time Off (PTO) requests and order office supplies.
Collaborate with BPN regarding charges, authorization, physician dictations, and medical necessity.
Run daily Tally reports to help the intake team members meet the requirement for all new cancer patients to be contacted/scheduled within 5 business days.
Generate weekly reports to discharge patient accounts for a shorter turn-around time (TAT) on collecting revenue and run billing reports for BPN and correspond regarding charges, authorization, physician dictations, and medical necessity.
Work with the medical record department regarding physician dictation/orders to resolve any discrepancies.
Required Education and Experience

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a management role, preferably within a healthcare setting
