Job Summary
Join a growing hospital-based wound care program at Northeast Baptist Hospital in San Antonio, Texas. This full-time Nurse Practitioner opportunity offers a blend of outpatient wound care clinic responsibilities and inpatient rounding while working alongside an experienced physician. The practice features a busy clinical environment, including hyperbaric medicine services, and is seeking an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with wound care experience who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care.
Job Highlights:
- Full-time position with a schedule that combines outpatient clinic coverage and inpatient hospital rounding.
- Approximately 80% outpatient wound care clinic and 20% inpatient rounding responsibilities.
- Five-day work week with physician-partnered scheduling to coordinate clinic coverage and hospital rounds.
- Busy hospital-based wound care practice with hyperbaric medicine services and patient volumes averaging 15–22 patients per day in clinic.
- Opportunity to round at Northeast Baptist Hospital and potentially other Baptist facilities within the market as needed.
