At BHS Corrugated North America, we are looking for a Logistics Supervisor to oversee shipping, receiving, inventory control, and logistics operations at our Knoxville manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, enjoys solving problems, and can balance hands-on logistics coordination with operational oversight.

What You’ll Do
- Oversee all shipping and receiving activities for incoming and outgoing materials, parts, rolls, and equipment
- Coordinate logistics for shipments to customers, vendors, and internal locations
- Verify incoming materials and resolve discrepancies with purchasing and inventory records
- Monitor inventory levels to support manufacturing demand and forecasted orders
- Manage inventory transactions and material movement in SAP
- Coordinate warranty and parts return activities, including vendor shipments and assessments
- Oversee hazardous waste inventory, storage, compliance, and disposal activities in accordance with regulations
- Support emergency and after-hours logistics needs, including weekend and on-call situations when required
- Safely support loading and unloading operations using forklifts and material handling equipment
- Work cross-functionally with manufacturing, purchasing, service, and operations teams to keep materials flowing efficiently
- Promote a safe work environment and maintain compliance with company safety standards
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, logistics, or inventory management within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and inventory tracking processes
- Ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience operating or working around forklifts and material handling equipment
- Knowledge of shipping coordination, inventory control, and warehouse operations
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across departments
- Flexibility to support urgent production or customer needs, including occasional after-hours support
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience in manufacturing logistics or industrial equipment environments
- Hazardous materials or hazardous waste handling/compliance experience
- Experience supporting field service or emergency shipment operations
