Summary Job Description: ED-Paramedic Part-Time I Third Shift Emergency Department I Hamburg, KY The Emergency Department at Baptist Health Hamburg is a part of a 344,000-square-foot medical center offering 24/7 emergency care for patients of all ages. The ED includes specialty treatment rooms, an Extended Care Unit for short-stay observation, and access to 24-hour EMS transport, including ALS ambulance support. Our team delivers high-quality, patient-focused care in a modern, collaborative environment. Description: Patient Assessment in conjunction with an RN repeat assessment. Provides care to the ED patient. Accurate Documentation of care provided into EMR system. Ensures positive customer relations interactions. Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent Licensed as an Emergency Medical Technician-Paramedic Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. If not already certified, must obtain BLS within 30 days of hire date. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
