Minimum of 1 year of health field related experience, and/or a minimum of 30 hours toward a college degree. In some cases, RNs who have finished school but who have not yet passed their board exams would enter in this classification; same for LPNs. Certifications based on unit worked: × BLS × CPI × LTA × MHT Patient Deterioration Possess basic knowledge of medical terminology II.Skills and Abilities Required Ability to identify the scope of practice issues, prioritization, critical thinking, effective decision making, communication, interpersonal relationship skills, delegation and team leading skills consistent with the level of professional growth.
