Summary Job Description: Part Time 24 weekly hours, night shift - 7P-7A Job Summary: The Intake Services Coordinator assists in the development, implementation, organization and review of all activities related to patient care delivery within Intake Services. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Facilitating patients’ involvement with services 2. Coordinating insurance pre-certification processes 3. Completing intake documentation Minimum Education, Training and Experience Required: A. Bachelor’s degree in health care administration, business or related field preferred. B. Three to five years experience in behavioral health.
