Position:                        Executive Assistant Student Services

Requirements/Qualifications:          

Minimum of at least an Associate’s Degree (Bachelor’s Degree preferred).  Excellent oral and written communication skills, time management skills and problem solving skills; demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task in order to meet deadlines; demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and independently; demonstrated ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality; demonstrated ability working with Excel, Google Suite applications and PowerSchool; demonstrated ability to organize and maintain student and staff data, adhere to mandated timelines and general office skills; familiarity with special education practices and procedures; school-based experience preferred.  Other qualifications as established by the District.

Work Schedule:     Fiscal Year-12 Month Position workday 7:30am – 4:00pm  

                                        (8 ½ hour workday including ½ hr. unpaid lunch)

Salary:                        Negotiable (based on qualifications and experience)

                                       Range: $45,000 - $60,000

Starting Date:               As Soon As Possible
