3rd Shift Crisis Intervention Specialist (12AM–4PM)
📍 Knox County, OH
Position Summary:
Provide mobile crisis intervention services to children and adults in community settings. Responsibilities include completing psychiatric hospital pre-screens, developing safety plans, and serving as a Public Health Officer with authority to initiate involuntary admissions. This is a fast-paced, team-supported role with no ongoing caseload or productivity requirements.
Schedule:
- Full-time, 40 hours/week (assigned shift/location)
- One 12-hour on-call shift per month (paid overtime for hours worked)
- Holiday coverage rotation (1–2 times/year)
- 24/7 supervisor support available

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field preferred

1–3 years of relevant experience

Ohio licensure Required: LSW, LPC, LISW, or LPCC

Valid Ohio driver’s license

BLS/CPR certification

Strong communication, teamwork, and basic computer skills
