About The Role
We are looking for a proactive, TikTok-savvy Social Commerce Specialist to support the growth of our TikTok Go creator program. You will work closely with the TikTok Go team and partners, playing a key role in sourcing, onboarding, and managing creators.
The Role Will Include
- Sourcing and outreach to high-potential TikTok Go creators and secure their participation in the TikTok Go program
- Work with the team to define our go to market strategy for TikTok Go
- Collaborate closely with the Bytedance team
- Execute and track performance across the creator onboarding process
- Collaborate with the TikTok Go team to drive creator participation in TikTok Go visits and other TikTok Go opportunities
- Support day-to-day operations to ensure the smooth running of the TikTok Go program
- Keep a keen eye on competitor agencies
- Become proficient in internal systems and workflows
- Work cross-functionally with the wider Social Commerce team
- Strong interest in TikTok, influencer marketing, travel, and e-commerce
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Willingness to take ownership of an early-stage, high-growth opportunity
- No direct experience required, platform knowledge is a plus
- Fluent English speaker
- Strong work ethic and willingness to hustle
