Real Estate Analyst | Woodmere, NY · $80,000–$110,000
About the Role A growing real estate investment team is looking for a Real Estate Analyst to support underwriting and financial analysis across multifamily and commercial deals. This is a hands-on, in-office role for someone eager to build real modeling and deal experience alongside senior investment professionals. You'll be close to every stage of the deal — from first look to investment committee — in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Underwriting & Financial Modeling
- Support senior team members in real estate underwriting, financial modeling, and investment analysis for multifamily and commercial opportunities
- Build and maintain complex Excel models, including cash flow projections, IRR/NPV analysis, sensitivity tables, and deal comparables
Due Diligence & Deal Support
- Assist with due diligence, market research, and property tours
- Help prepare investment committee memos and presentations
Collaboration
- Work closely with brokers, lenders, and internal teams
- Bring strong communication and relationship-building skills to a fast-paced deal environment
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in real estate or lending, or a strong entry-level candidate with relevant internships
- Highly detail-oriented, with strong organizational and analytical skills
- Comfortable working in-office 5 days/week
- Experience or coursework in Python, SQL, statistics/econometrics, and/or applied ML is a plus
