This isn't a "manage what exists" role; it's a "create what doesn't yet" role. You'll be launching and scaling a new service line from the ground up, which means you need to be both the strategist and the operator.
Key Responsibilities
Service Line Development
- Launch and scale a new service line from scratch
- Balance big-picture thinking with day-to-day execution
Operations & Client Relations
- Work directly with clients and coordinate across internal teams
- Develop services and workflows where none currently exist
Team & Organizational Growth
- Eventually build and lead a team beneath you
- Grow into a senior leadership role as the function matures
Qualifications
- Proven experience building something new — not just managing what's already there
- Strategic thinker who's comfortable getting into the weeds
- Strong cross-functional communicator; able to work with clients and internal stakeholders alike
- Healthcare background a plus
