Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor a team of 6 coordinators
- Create performance metrics and incentive programs to drive team success
Patient Service & Retention
- Oversee patient service delivery and caregiver coordination
- Improve patient satisfaction and retention through enhanced service processes
Staffing & Operations
- Develop staffing strategies to reduce overtime costs and improve efficiency
- Partner with HR and recruiting teams to forecast staffing needs and demographic requirements
- Analyze operational data and implement process improvements
