A growing real estate company in Brooklyn is looking for an Administrative assistant for property management to add to their team.
Responsibilities:
- Tenant Communications
- Rent collections.
- process repair requests
- meet prospective tenants to verify qualifications!
- sign leases with prospective tenants
- lease renewals
- Provide administrative support to the office including filing, typing, photocopying, taking and distributing phone messages, and other clerical tasks.
- Organize and maintain the office filing system.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations and other documents.
- Assist with organizing meetings, conferences, and other events.
- Manage the office calendar, scheduling, and other appointments.
- Arrange travel and accommodation for staff.
- Submit files and reports to the appropriate personnel.
- Provide general help with office work as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Salary: $55k-65k/Year
