A growing real estate company in Brooklyn is looking for an Administrative assistant for property management to add to their team. 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Tenant Communications
  • Rent collections.
  • process repair requests 
  • meet prospective tenants to verify qualifications! 
  • sign leases with prospective tenants
  • lease renewals 
  • Provide administrative support to the office including filing, typing, photocopying, taking and distributing phone messages, and other clerical tasks.
  • Organize and maintain the office filing system.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails.
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations and other documents.
  • Assist with organizing meetings, conferences, and other events.
  • Manage the office calendar, scheduling, and other appointments.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for staff.
  • Submit files and reports to the appropriate personnel.
  • Provide general help with office work as needed.
 
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Salary: $55k-65k/Year
