The Account Manager serves as the connective tissue between clients, candidates, and recruiters, owning the follow-up, coordination, and day-to-day details that keep searches moving. Flexible scheduling is available with full-time or part-time options, in-office with remote Fridays.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Candidate Communication
- Send outreach emails to clients and manage ongoing correspondence
- Handle the back-and-forth and follow-up between companies and candidates
- Keep all parties informed and searches moving forward
Recruiting Coordination & Support
- Organize and support the recruiter across active searches
- Source and filter candidates to build strong pipelines
- Juggle competing priorities and keep multiple searches on track
Postings & Resumes
- Create and publish job postings
- Send out and help polish candidate resumes
Qualifications
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent people and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and juggle competing priorities with ease
- Comfortable coordinating between clients, candidates, and team members
