Responsibilities

The PM role focuses on completing a project as efficiently and promptly as possible, expect to see any of the following duties and responsibilities in a Project Manager job description:

  • Traveling from multiple job sites.
  • Aiding in completing projects if misc work. (handyman work).
  • Coordinating with staff, contractors and manufactures
  • Managing project progress and adapt work as required
  • Ensuring projects meet deadlines
  • Managing relationships with clients and contractors
  • Designing and signing off on contracts
  • Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
  • Participating in tender process i.e. design, submission and review
  • Designing risk mitigation plan
  • Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff
  • Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
  • Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $700.00 - $1,500.00 per week

Schedule:

  • 12 hour shift

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Project Management: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Construction Experience: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Construction Labor: 4 years (Preferred)

Salary : $700 - $1,500
