B.H. Inc. is seeking a seasoned HDD Foreman. This high level postion requires heavy extended travel to various project sites but candidates must be based out of the Wasatch Front. BHI will not cover relocation costs for this position.
We offer a competitive compensation package of $41.00 – $60.00 per hour, earned and paid weekly, commensurate with experience, plus project specific Per Diem for travel. You will work a standard Monday–Friday schedule (averaging 50–60 hours per week during peak operations), providing you with significant earning potential and the opportunity to grow your career into a seasoned industry professional.

Qualifications & Experience
We are seeking a proactive HDD Foreman who meets the following:

Minimum of 7 years of experience as an HDD Foreman required.

Must possess a valid driver's license.

Must be prepared to travel extensively for extended periods.

Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in all weather conditions, including standing, walking, climbing, and lifting.

Self-driven, organized, safety-conscious, thorough, and possessing a strong work ethic.
