In This Role You Will:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of residents’ health status
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor vital signs and report changes promptly to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to develop effective care plans
- Coordinate and oversee resident care and services within the nursing department
- Provide health education and support to residents and families
- Promote independence, dignity, respect, and resident safety
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulations
- Serve as a resource and mentor to nursing staff and team members
Shift Details: PRN
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and a valid, unrestricted RN license in the state
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- CPR and other relevant certifications as required
- Knowledge of geriatric nursing principles
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in senior living, long-term care, or healthcare environments
