As our footprint continues to expand, we are seeking a Sales Manager to oversee and grow our South Texas and North Louisiana territories, providing leadership, structure, and strategic direction to our regional sales efforts.
Position Summary
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving regional revenue growth through leadership, strategic account development, and oversight of outside sales representatives. This role focuses on coaching, territory planning, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, support, and develop outside sales representatives across South Texas and North Louisiana
- Set regional sales strategy, priorities, and performance expectations
- Conduct joint sales calls, site visits, and customer meetings as needed
- Provide coaching on consultative selling, technical positioning, and account management
- Monitor regional pipeline activity, forecasts, and performance metrics using CRM tools
- Support recruiting, onboarding, and training of future sales personnel
- Represent Belzona Houston at customer meetings and industry events
Qualifications
- 5 years of B2B industrial sales experience (industrial services, coatings, corrosion control, MRO, or related fields)
- Prior sales leadership, management, or mentoring experience required
- Strong strategic, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to engage credibly with engineers and industrial decision-makers
- Comfortable managing multi-territory operations
- Willingness to travel regularly throughout South Texas and North Louisiana
- Valid driver’s license
Preferred Experience
- Industrial coatings, composite repairs, or asset integrity solutions
- Experience supporting refinery, chemical, marine, or power generation markets
- Background in consultant- or engineering-driven sales environments
