Responsibilities
Business Systems Analyst 1:
- Knowledge of related applications and databases
- Full knowledge of related applications and databases
- Expert-level knowledge of related applications and databases; Leads complex programming and GIS efforts, provides strategic recommendations, mentors other analysts, and serves as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert.
- Proficient in programming and or other information technology disciplines.
- If supporting GIS systems, knowledge of Geographic Information Systems.
- Strong computer skills.
- Demonstrated competency in logical and analytical thinking.
- Ability to perform in-depth data analysis.
- Ability to diagnose and offer guidance on hardware, network and data issues and/or questions.
- Conceptual thinking and reasoning abilities.
