What You’ll Do
As an Intake Crisis Intervention Clinician, you’ll:
- Provide crisis assessments, triage, and mobile response to individuals in acute distress.
- Serve as a liaison with hospitals, coordinating discharge plans and level-of-care decisions.
- Conduct intake assessments and psychosocial evaluations to guide treatment planning.
- Deliver outpatient clinical services and assist with recovery planning for adults with mental health and/or addiction needs.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists and a multidisciplinary team to support continuity of care.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in social work, mental health counseling, psychology or marriage and family therapy or PhD or PsyD in psychology.
- Emergency Certificate training is preferred, ability to obtain and maintain Emergency Certificate required.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft 365. Must be able to navigate through electronic health records system (EHR).
