- Supervise Maintenance Supervisor and oversee maintenance staff across multiple sites
- Manage work orders, maintenance calls, and after-hours on-call schedules
- Ensure timely and compliant repairs, inspections, and safety drills
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules
- Oversee vehicle fleet maintenance and facility security systems
- Solicit and analyze vendor quotes for outsourced services and construction projects
- Maintain budget adherence and approve facilities-related invoices
- Serve on Safety Committees and foster strong relationships with program managers
- Ensure excellent customer service and regulatory compliance

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associates degree in related field or equivalent training and experience.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience coordinating building maintenance and operational activities in multi-facilities environment.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Well developed organizational and communication skills, with demonstrated attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of staff as well as external contacts.
- Strong customer service satisfaction work ethic including an action oriented mindset.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft 365. Must be able to navigate through electronic health records system (EHR).
- Knowledge and or/ background within human services preferred, preferably in working with behavioral health clients.
- Must have and maintain an acceptable driving record and be insurable at a reasonable rate under the Organization’s auto insurance plan.
