What You’ll Do:
- Provide vocational counseling, career exploration, and planning tailored to each client’s strengths and aspirations.
- Develop job opportunities and community connections that align with client needs.
- Offer on-the-job training, coaching, and support to ensure lasting employment success.
- Facilitate career planning classes and vocational groups to build skills and confidence.
- Collaborate with the Employment Team and community partners to deliver high-quality services.
- Maintain accurate records, track progress, and contribute to program outcomes.
- A passion for helping individuals in recovery succeed in the workplace.
- Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team.
- Flexibility to provide services in the community and use of a personal vehicle as needed.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred. In lieu of Bachelor’s degree: Associates degree or College coursework equivalent (2 years) and 2 years work experience in behavioral health field; OR high school diploma and minimum of 4 years of experience in behavioral health field.
- RSS Certification or comparable Mental Health Certification and lived experience compatible with person served required.
- Ability to complete training as may be required for position and program assigned.
- Knowledge of Psychiatric Rehabilitation is desirable.
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license. Must maintain an acceptable driving record and be insurable at a reasonable rate under the Organization’s auto insurance plan.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft 365. Must be able to navigate through electronic health records system (EHR)
