What You’ll Do
As a School-Based Clinician, you’ll:
- Serve as the primary therapist for a school-based caseload, conducting intakes, treatment planning, and individual or group therapy.
- Provide trauma screenings, rapid response evaluations, and ongoing clinical services to students in need.
- Deliver evidence-based interventions, including CBITS (Cognitive Behavioral Intervention for Trauma in Schools) and parenting programs like Circle of Security and Triple P.
- Collaborate closely with families, school staff, and community providers to ensure holistic, coordinated care.
- Participate in school hours (7:45 a.m.-2:25 p.m.) with two evening clinic shifts for parent sessions or parenting groups.

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Masters degree in Social Work or related mental health field required.
- A minimum of one year experience in a psychiatric setting providing therapy to children and families.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft 365. Must be able to navigate through electronic health records system (EHR).
- Professional CT Licensure required (LCSW highly preferred, will consider licensed eligible LMSW or other mental health license (e.g., LPC).
