What Will Help You Succeed
· Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis; Master's degree preferred.
· 5 years of structural engineering experience
· Professional Engineer (PE) licensure required; Structural Engineer (SE) licensure preferred.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, architects, contractors, and internal team members.
· Strong team player in a multi-disciplinary environment that can manage and contribute to several projects simultaneously
· Advanced knowledge of current industry software, including RAM Structural Systems, RAM Concept, RAM Elements, Tedds, Enercalc, RISA, Microsoft Excel
· Experience with Deltek Ajera is a plus
