Boutique Manager
Full time (32-40 hours/week)
Looking for a reliable and hard working Manager to run our store in downtown Breckenridge.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in management, preferably retail
- Enjoys and excels at visual merchandising
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-starter who can also take direction and works well with others
- Goal-oriented with a desire to achieve revenue goals and drive sales
- Must be a people person and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills
- Punctual and reliable is a must
- Strong organization skills with the ability to multitask
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism at all times
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible schedule is required. Nights, weekends and holidays are a must
Responsibilities:
- Manage all inventory including intake, entry into system, tagging, displaying etc for boutique and online store
- Create visually appealing displays throughout the store
- Greet and assist customers with great customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and visual appeal of the store at all times
- Communicate professionally with vendors and customers regarding damages, returns, etc
- Schedule and manage communications for existing store associates
- Shipping and handling of items purchased online, including packing and taking goods to carrier to ship
- Keep inventory on store supplies stock as needed
- Work closely with store owner on all boutique initiatives
- Answer phone calls and emails related to the boutique
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly wage, based on experience (salary option for the right individual)
