We’re looking for a creative, hard-working and friendly fashionista to join our retail sales team.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in retail, preferably in women’s fashion
- Enjoys creative projects like visual merchandising
- Strong attention to detail
- Takes direction and works well with others
- Must be a people person and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills
- Punctual and reliable is a must
- Strong organization skills with the ability to multitask
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism at all times
- Flexible schedule is required. Nights, weekends and holidays are required
- Must LOVE fashion!
Responsibilities:
- Assist with inventory management, including tagging, merchandising, etc
- Create visually appealing displays throughout the store
- Greet and assist customers with great customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and visual appeal of the store at all times
- Communicate professionally with vendors and customers regarding purchases, damages, returns, etc
- Assist with shipping and handling of items purchased online, including packing and takes goods to carrier to ship
- Work closely with store owner and store manager on all boutique and brand-related initiatives
- Answer phone calls and emails related to the boutique
- Attend frequent meetings and strategy calls with boutique manager and boutique owner
