Job DescriptionI am seeking a part-time (~20 hours per week) Real Estate Assistant to support and grow my high-producing real estate practice. This is a hybrid position involving both client-facing work (showings, inspections, etc.) and administrative support such as data entry and organization. Candidates must already hold an active Washington State real estate license. Advancement opportunities are available to become an equal partner agent or executive assistant.The ideal candidate will also have strong social media and/or mobile video skills to assist with marketing projects — including filming home walkthrough videos and helping create social media content or short scripts.This role is well-suited for two types of candidates:Someone who wants to sell homes but does not yet have the client base to support a full-time income. The assistant will be able to pursue their own sales outside of this position and benefit from the agent’s established reputation and commission structure.Someone who has worked as a real estate agent but prefers a more consistent, non-commission-based role while remaining active in the real estate industry. This position offers opportunities for growth, either toward a Partner role or a full-time Executive Assistant position, depending on your goals.This role is ideal for someone who thrives on staying one step ahead, exercises sound business judgment, and can move seamlessly between strategic thinking and detailed execution.
