Vinyl Graphics Installer

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Vinyl Graphics Installer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying high-quality vinyl graphics and decals to a variety of surfaces, ensuring precise alignment, durability, and a professional finish. Your expertise will help enhance the aesthetics and branding for our diverse clientele. Responsibilities

• Always maintain a clean and safe working area.
• Proper prep of surfaces to ensure optimal adhesion of vinyl graphics
• Measure and mark placement areas accurately to achieve precise alignment of graphics
• Always follow safety protocols diligently but especially when handling heavy equipment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with customers to meet their expectations and ensure satisfaction
• Use the proper installation techniques and tools for the job and type of installation.
• Maintain proper alignment of graphics to create a perfect match. Close enough is not close enough.
• Maintain the company provided tools and vehicle.
• We are looking for a Lead Installer. You may have to manage other employees or freelancers on projects.

Experience

• Prior experience is essential. If you cannot install vinyl without bubbles and or creases, DO NOT APPLY. You will be tested on practical skills prior to being hired regardless of experience. We install graphics and specialty films to various surfaces such as, windows, walls, floors, and vehicles. Experience installing on glass, brick, tile, painted walls, wood, stone, sign boards, and various types of vehicles. If you haven’t done it all, do not worry, We will train the right individual for various aspects if they have a good base.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment such as heat guns, drills, laser levels, etc..
• Knowledge of hanging signs/graphics and mechanical systems is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to explain processes clearly to clients
• Experience operating various lifts is helpful. Certification is helpful but we can pay for certification training for the right applicant.
• Working from heights is mandatory in this profession. If heights bother you, please do not apply.
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods during installation tasks.
