Manufacturing Engineer

Support various manufacturing operations through implementation of equipment, tooling and processes. Focus on improvements to processes, reduction of scrap, improvements to throughput and efficiencies and other efforts for improvement. Implementation of Lean Methodologies in a job shop environment. This position requires a self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently in a team atmosphere within the guidelines and goals of objectives of the job description and the company. Must be a good communicator in oral and written skills and well organized. Supervisory skills required. This position is subject to the ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) and/or the EAR (Export Administration Regulations). Candidates must qualify as a U.S. Person according to U.S. Federal law.
