Manufacturing, inspecting and testing small electronic components within specified time, safety and quality requirements. We will train successful entry level applicants at $16 per hour. Requirements:
- Manual hand dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- 20/20 Vision with correction; Ability to discern between colors, no color blindness
- Basic math and manual time tracking for efficiencies
- Self motivation, good attendance and follow all company policies
- Read, understand and follow procedures, instructions, prints and write legibly (English)
- Experience with soldering and electronics component assembly is highly preferred and may increase starting wage
- Handle occasional pressure with deadlines maintain focus and retain learned processes
- This position is subject to the ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) and/or the EAR (Export Administration Regulations. Candidates must qualify as a US Person ( US Citizens or Green Card holders) according to U.S. Federal law.
