About the Role
We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Manager to oversee a high-performing multifamily portfolio across Nashville and Memphis, TN. This leader will manage operations, financial performance, and team development across 9 properties totaling ~2,800 units — with 5 in Nashville and 4 in Memphis.
The ideal candidate will bring strong sales leadership, strategic thinking, and mentoring skills, as well as a proven ability to perform in a fast-paced, publicly traded environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of 7 General Managers (3 in Nashville, 4 in Memphis).
- Oversee the performance of a 2,800-unit portfolio of conventional, owned, and managed communities.
- Drive operational excellence, revenue growth, and resident satisfaction across all assets.
- Analyze financial performance and implement strategies to improve NOI.
- Partner with senior leadership to align regional goals with company objectives.
- Build and mentor high-performing property teams through coaching and career development.
- Ensure company standards, compliance, and performance metrics are consistently met.
- Travel regularly between markets to maintain a strong presence and team engagement.

Compensation & Incentives
- Base Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 (based on experience)
- Bonus & Stock Awards: 25% annual target (example: $32,500 at $130K base)
