Property Manager – Multifamily Community (Confidential Search)

About the Role
A well-established multifamily property is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a 150 unit community. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong financial acumen, proven experience with Yardi Voyager, and the ability to mentor a small on-site team.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations including leasing, maintenance, resident relations, and budgeting.
- Lead and motivate on-site team members, including Leasing Consultant, Maintenance Supervisor, and Maintenance Technician.
- Maximize occupancy and retention through effective marketing, resident engagement, and service excellence.
- Monitor and manage controllable expenses and vendor performance.
- Prepare and manage operating budgets, financial reports, and rent collections.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and property policies.
- Collaborate with maintenance leadership to maintain curb appeal and timely work order completion.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure apartments and common areas meet company standards.
Compensation Structure
Base Salary: $70,000–$80,000 (based on experience)
Bonus Plan: Up to 10% annually
- Quarterly: Based on revenue goals, controllable expenses, and occupancy (7%)
- Semi-Annual: 3% bonus based on exceeding revenue by 1.5% over trailing six months
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of multifamily property management experience (150 units preferred).
- Proficiency in Yardi Voyager required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to manage and mentor a team.
- Demonstrated success in meeting occupancy, financial, and expense-control goals.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of fair housing laws and property operations best practices.
Schedule
Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
Occasional weekends or after-hours work as needed.
