BG Staffing is seeking a professional and customer-focused Leasing Consultant for a well-established apartment community located in Indianapolis, IN (46240). This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and supporting daily property operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Leasing apartments and driving occupancy
- Greeting and assisting prospective residents
- Scheduling and conducting apartment tours
- Providing excellent customer service to current and future residents
- Assisting with day-to-day needs of the property and office
- Supporting property staff with administrative and operational tasks as needed
- Previous leasing or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, polished appearance (business professional attire required)
- Organized, dependable, and able to multitask
- Comfortable working occasional Saturdays
- $18.00/hour
- Contract-to-hire opportunity
- Stable weekday schedule with rotating Saturdays
- One-hour lunch break daily
