Lead Maintenance Supervisor (Certified) – Contract Role
Location: Overland Park, KS 66212
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
Pay: $28/hr
Take the lead in maintaining a high‑performing multifamily community. This contract role is ideal for a certified maintenance professional who thrives on leadership, hands‑on work, and keeping properties operating at peak condition.
Job Description (Responsibilities):
- Supervise and support maintenance team and daily operations
- Oversee work orders, preventive maintenance, and make‑ready turns
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances
- Ensure safety standards and Fair Housing compliance
- Coordinate vendors and maintain inventory control
Qualifications (Required):
- EPA Type II or Universal certification
- Multifamily maintenance leadership experience
- Own tools required
- Strong knowledge of building systems and HVAC
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
