Job Title: Commercial Office Maintenance Technician
Location: South Jersey, oversee portfolio of 50-60 properties located in Mullica Hills, Vineland, Deptford, Millville & Glassboro.
Reports To: Property Manager
Compensation: Mileage reimbursed at IRS rate; bonus eligible

Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Commercial Office Maintenance Technician to support a newly acquired portfolio of 50–60 commercial office buildings. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of building systems and maintaining a professional, patient-friendly environment for medical and office tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work Order Response:
- Promptly respond to and complete maintenance work orders across the portfolio.
- General Maintenance & Repairs:

Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs in areas such as:
- Electrical
- Plumbing

HVAC
- (Major repairs will be handled by contracted vendors.)
- Vendor Oversight:

Coordinate with third-party vendors for specialized repairs. Ensure:
- Work is completed to scope and quality standards
- Minimal disruption to patient flow and medical practices
- Safety and cleanliness are maintained during vendor work
- Site Assessments:
- Use personal vehicle to travel between properties. Assess and report on maintenance needs.
- Communication:

Maintain ongoing correspondence with the Property Manager regarding:
- Work order status
- Vendor performance
- Building conditions and tenant concerns
Requirements:
- Proven experience in commercial property maintenance (electrical, plumbing, HVAC)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites
- Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel daily between properties (mileage reimbursed)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in medical office environments
- Familiarity with building automation systems (BAS)
- Basic knowledge of vendor management and contract oversight
