BG Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager with leasing experience for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This is a great role for a motivated professional looking to grow into a permanent position with the right fit.
Position Details- Pay Rate: $19/hour
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Employment Type: Contract-to-hire
- Dress Code: Business casual
- Assist with daily property management operations
- Support leasing activities, including tours, applications, and resident communication
- Ensure compliance with Section 42 (LIHTC) regulations
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects
- Assist with administrative tasks, reporting, and file management
- Section 42 experience REQUIRED
- Prior assistant property management and leasing experience
- Reliable transportation (required)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Professional demeanor and customer-focused attitude
