BG Staffing is now hiring an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician for a property located in Southfield, MI (48075).
Pay: $21/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Location: Southfield, MI 48075
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units
- Handle work orders including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
- Prepare apartments for move-ins (turns/make-readies)
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Provide excellent service to residents and property staff
Requirements:
- Previous apartment or building maintenance experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
- Ability to work independently and follow directions
- Reliable transportation and tools (if required by property)
