Responsibilities
Seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to grow new business and manage client relationships across logistics services. Responsible for executing sales strategies, managing the full sales cycle, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop new business and expand existing accounts
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Conduct client meetings and prepare proposals
• Maintain CRM and collaborate with internal teams
Qualifications
Fluent in Polish (C1/C2) and strong English (min. B2)
• 3 years of B2B sales experience in logistics/freight forwarding
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and well-organized
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have:
• Degree or experience in logistics/supply chain
