Join a company that values professionalism and teamwork!Your RoleAs a Commercial HVAC Service Technician, you’ll:Perform maintenance, service requests, repairs, and equipment changeouts on commercial HVAC and refrigeration systemsCollaborate with a dedicated support team of dispatchers, coordinators, supervisors, and technical expertsUtilize a fully stocked service van, iPad, iPhone, and PPETroubleshoot and service HVAC systems and ice machinesConduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtimeRespond to emergency service requests with professionalismProvide insights on facility conditions and recommend improvementsSupport facility-related projects while adhering to safety standardsDeliver outstanding customer service with minimal supervisionQualificationsExperience: 3–6 years in commercial HVAC refrigeration systemsCertifications: EPA Certification requiredPhysical Requirements:Climb/descend ladders carrying up to 30 lbs.Lift up to 75 lbs.Work in confined spaces (e.g., crawlspaces, attics)Work Environment: Primarily remote with occasional travel for training, meetings, or client-site visitsAvailability: Flexible for overtime and occasional travelSafety & Compliance: Adhere to environmental, health, safety, security, and fire protection standards; wear required PPEClearances: Must pass drug, background, and driver’s license checks; meet enhanced security clearance requirementsSkills:Install and service commercial HVAC systems and ice machinesPerform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issuesExecute equipment repairs and replacementsUse industry software (preferred, not required)Complete documentation accurately and on timeWork independently with excellent customer service skillsReady to Elevate Your Career?If you’re passionate about delivering quality service and want to grow with a global leader, apply now!
