Area Marketing Associate

Summary:

A motivated and energetic Part-Time Area Marketing Associate to support marketing and business development efforts within our multifamily portfolio. This role focuses on increasing revenue by uncovering opportunities, brand visibility, strengthening client relationships, and supporting local sales initiatives through community outreach, events, and property visits.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, and comfortable engaging with property management professionals while representing the BGSF brand in the field.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

· Support local sales and operations teams with on-site marketing initiatives

· Visit multifamily communities to promote BGSF staffing services, a minimum of 60 property visits per week

· Assist with coordinating and attending property events, open houses, and industry networking functions

· Distribute marketing materials and ensure brand consistency in the field

· Build and maintain positive relationships with property managers and leasing teams

· Assist with social media content collection (photos, videos, testimonials) from properties and events

· Track outreach efforts and provide feedback on market activity and client needs to their assigned leader

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Previous experience in marketing, sales support, customer service, or multifamily housing is a plus

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

· Organized with strong time-management skills

· Comfortable visiting multiple properties and working in a fast-paced environment

· Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with social media platforms is a plus

TRAINING:

· Annual harassment and security awareness training is required for all team members.

· Additional training may be required in accordance with your position and location. Should your position require access to Confidential Information, specific training may be required to ensure the security of such information.
