Maintenance Technician

Pay: $26/hr | Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (1‑hour lunch)

BG Staffing is seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to support daily maintenance operations at a community in Marlborough, MA (01752). This is a contract opportunity with an immediate start for the right candidate.

• Pay: $26/hr
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (1‑hour lunch)
• Start Date: ASAP

• Complete routine maintenance and repairs in occupied and vacant units
• Respond to work orders in a timely and professional manner
• Perform basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs
• Assist with unit turns and preventative maintenance
• Maintain property grounds and common areas
• Follow safety procedures and company standards
• Communicate effectively with residents and team members

• Previous apartment or property maintenance experience preferred
• Knowledge of general maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• EPA certification a plus (if applicable)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
