Key Responsibilities:
- Complete service requests and work orders efficiently
- Perform apartment unit turns (make-readies)
- Troubleshoot and repair issues in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and basic carpentry
- Maintain the overall appearance and functionality of the property
- Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents
Qualifications:
- Previous apartment maintenance experience required
- Strong troubleshooting and repair abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Must have basic tools and transportation
