Position Details- Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Industry: Multifamily/Apartment Maintenance
- Location: Multiple opportunities available
As a Maintenance Technician, you will assist with:
- Completing light maintenance work orders
- Performing apartment unit turns and make-ready tasks
- Basic repairs and general property upkeep
- Maintaining clean, safe, and attractive apartment communities
- Supporting maintenance teams with daily operational needs
- Basic maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to perform light repair and maintenance tasks
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional attitude and commitment to quality service
- Maintenance work attire required
- No ripped clothing
- Closed-toe work shoes or boots recommended
