What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with light plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, or appliance repair
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic tools required (power tools are a plus!)
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 40–50 lbs
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):
• 1 years of apartment, building, or commercial maintenance experience
• EPA, HVAC, or CPO certifications are a PLUS
• Experience with work orders and apartment turns
