Key Responsibilities
- Enter and reconcile financial transactions in QuickBooks (invoices, expenses, payments, reimbursements, etc.).
- Maintain and organize digital and paper records (contracts, vendor files, medical documentation logs, etc.).
- Assist management with basic administrative tasks and internal reporting.
- Communicate with vendors and clients when necessary to verify or update billing information.
- Prepare simple summaries or spreadsheets for management review.
Qualifications
- Experience with QuickBooks (required).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail — accuracy is critical.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
- Prior experience in a medical or small business office is a plus but not required.
