What are the responsibilities and job description for the Caregiver - PCA/CNA/HHA position at BG healthcare Service?
BG Healthcare Services is seeking compassionate, dependable, and professional Care Partners (PCA/CNA/HHA) to join our growing team serving clients throughout Northern Virginia.
As a Care Partner, you will play an important role in helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes while providing the support they need to maintain their quality of life.
Responsibilities
• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance
• Provide companionship, supervision, and emotional support
• Provide medication reminders as directed by the care plan
• Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry
• Observe and report changes in client condition or behavior
• Assist with transportation and community outings when appropriate
• Accurately document services provided and complete required visit documentation
• Utilize EVV systems for clock-in and clock-out compliance
• Follow agency policies, procedures, and individualized care plans
• Collaborate with clients, families, and the BG Healthcare Services team to support quality care

Requirements
• Current PCA Certificate, CNA License, HHA Certificate, or comparable caregiving credentials
• Current CPR certification
• Current TB screening/testing
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• Ability to pass required background screenings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
