BG Consultants, Inc. is searching for an experienced project engineer / production manager to join our growing team. This is a mid- to upper-level position, equivalent in rank to project manager, with responsibility for leading design of general civil engineering projects in the areas of water/wastewater/stormwater, transportation, and site development. The ideal candidate has a desire to lead office staff in plan production activities by performing engineering design, collaborating with multi-disciplinary team members, providing training and mentoring to less experienced engineers, keeping client managers informed of project status, and assisting in the development of design tools, standards, and processes.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or closely related discipline
- Licensed as a Professional Engineer
- Experience: 5 years
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or OpenRoads
- Familiarity with ArcView/GIS
- Knowledge of transportation, hydrology, and hydraulics software packages
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to perform complex engineering tasks independently
- Resourcefulness and ability to communicate with a high level of professionalism
Salary : $62,901 - $98,508
