Role Description
BFS is seeking a full-time District Manager for one of their food brands located primarily in Morgantown, WV, for an on-site role. The District Manager will oversee day-to-day operations and ensure optimal performance across various store locations within the assigned region. Responsibilities include managing store teams, aligning operations with company goals, implementing growth strategies, ensuring adherence to company policies, monitoring sales performance, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards. The role also involves identifying areas for improvement to drive efficiency and profitability across the district.
